Adult Program Registration
Due to popular demand and available space, program registration is only open to Township residents until one week before the program date. Non-residents are welcome to sign up during the week before the program’s date, unless otherwise noted. Program registration is in Adult Services, unless otherwise noted. Programs not requiring registration are open to all. Programs may be subject to change or cancellation. Programs may fill quickly, even before Answers is received, due to in-library promotion.

Ray Kamalay traces the development of early American
music from its links to slavery up to the early jazz age.
Discussion will include ancient and modern slavery,
spirituals, blues, minstrel shows, ragtime and jazz.
Ray Kamalay is a Detroit native, who has performed
at some of the most prestigious venues, including
Edinburgh, Interlochen and the Philadelphia Folk
Festival.
